Dividend policy
The company's dividend policy is to evaluate the company's future capital budget, plan future capital needs, financial structure, and earnings. It can be in the form of stock dividends or cash dividends.If the company has no surplus to distribute, or based on considerations of the company's financial, business and operating aspects, etc., all or part of the statutory surplus and capital reserve may be distributed in accordance with laws or regulations of the competent authority.
